How long will my wood products take to ship?
It generally takes 24 to 72 hours to process your order before it ships and depending on your shipping address, it can take between 7 to 10 days for domestic orders.

Where will my products be shipped from?
All White River carvings are shipped from Fayetteville, Arkansas. Our Economy Line is shipped from NJ.

Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping?
Yes. If you need expedited shipping please send an email with your shipping address, the item(s) you are interested in and the time frame you need to receive them. We will check stock and email you a shipping quote along with ordering options.

What if my wood product is not in stock when I order?
If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting time will be.
