"Bolection" refers to a raised moulding that has a raised center accompanied by flat edges. It's similar to what you see around doorways, windows and framing. Hand carved by master craftsmen, this piece is available in both maple and cherry and perfect not only for range hoods, but also for valences, crown mouldings, window treatments and mantels. It can also be used to add volume to existing range hoods in need of that little something extra and can be used in conjunction with a number of our other items such as the "Classic Fluted Corbel". Delivered to you in nine pieces, the range hood requires mitering and assembly and can be cut to size. Please note the crown is not included.
