For some time I have known that the easiest and most economical way to enhance the beauty of any room is to add a crown molding. The costs of material and installation of crown moulding are well below the costs of most other remodeling enhancements. Crown molding is often the difference between the average and the awe inspiring.

High density urethane moldings, however, take the inspirational to a higher point. The classic design patterns available in polyurethane are either not possible in wood crown mouldings or outside the economic ability of most home owners. The costs of the installation of a plaster cornice are equally out of reach for most. If you do not want to miter “butt” and corner joints, use our pre-mitered pieces for ease of installation as well as beauty.

Installation is similar to installing wood crown molding with the exception that a construction adhesive should be used. A few finish nails are required to hold the moldings until the adhesive sets. Afterward the glue cures use a painter’s caulk and sand the joints as you would with a wood molding.
