These ceiling dome patterns follow elegant lines, shapes and motifs. They are produced to the highest standards of production with crisp lines and corners.
A few of our ceiling domes are surface mounted but most are not. This means that the wall board and in some cases ceiling framing will have to be modified to accept the dome. You must first find the center of the room. A simple way to do this is to pull a line of string diagonally from the opposite room corners and make a mark in the middle of the room. If this home is under construction, a chalk line would work best. But if you need to avoid the mess of blue or red chalk, enlist the help of a few friends. If the room is not four sided you will have to find the center from opposing walls instead of opposing corners. For a room that is already complete, the light fixture will determine the middle of the room unless you need to move the lighting. After finding the room center, you may have modify the wallboard and alter the framing to install the ceiling dome. The deepness of the dome will dictate how much framing work has to be done. You should, at least insure that the dome contacts the ceiling around its edge and also the framing at its center. Construction adhesive is a good method of installing the dome to the ceiling and framing. The light or fan fixture can be added afterward.
