I like bump outs in the kitchen. Not only do they add interest but a little added space as well. This particular bump out from the people at Boston Home Design has split kitchen island legs and a cut out toe kick space.  My favorite part of the cabinetry is the flat panel recessed doors and drawers.  Can't complain about the granite top and bay window either.
